Rushelle joined ECI in 2024 as the Personal Lines Manager. She brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry in both Personal and Commercial Insurance. She has worked at the Agency, Broker and Company levels and brings a unique perspective for her clients.

Rushelle was born and raised in Oklahoma and spent 15 years in North Carolina before moving back to Oklahoma in 2008. In 2016, Rushelle married Jon, her high school sweetheart… 22 years after high school. Their blended family includes four adult children, 1 daughter in love, 2 grandkids, 2 dogs: Miss Kitty and Buddy, three grand-dogs and two grand-cats.

Outside of ECI Rushelle can be found in her garden, growing vegetables and herbs. She also enjoys reading, family game nights, camping and spending time outdoors. Her faith and family are the two most important things in her life.
