J.J. joined the ECI Agency in 2022 as the new Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining ECI, J.J. worked in the non-profit industry for over 19 years specializing in staff development, culture, and organizational impact. She is a born and raised, Okie, and graduate of Oklahoma State University.

J.J. and her husband, Seth, have been blessed with two sons, Grayson and Deacon. Both sons attend Piedmont Schools. Her family wouldn’t be complete without her four rescue dogs (Draper, Reese, Rigsby and Boba).  When she isn’t working, J.J. enjoys spending time with her family in the mountains, being a foodie at new restaurants, or staying at home working on embroidery projects.
